Delivery
Delivery is calculated based on the weight of the goods and destination point. The payment amount will be clearly indicated only if delivery is to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Czech Republic, France, United Kingdom, Monaco, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, Croatia.
We deliver in other countries as well - USA, Canada and etc.. Delivery fee will be calculated individually taking into account the client’s request for the delivery terms and courier service provider.
Our standard shipping charges do not guarantee next day delivery. Delivery
usually takes 3-7 days for EU countries and 7-14 days for countries outside the
EU. Everything possible is being done from our side to ensure delivery in time,
but we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the fault of the
courier service provider. If the Customer has any complaints regarding delivery
or the Customer has found that to him was delivered not all ordered goods, the
Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong item
Claims regarding the delivery of the wrong goods must be
reported by the Client to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. The
customer cannot open the package or use the product.
Undelivered items
We will not be responsible for goods lost in transit, unless the Customer notifies us within 5 days from the planned delivery date. Estimated delivery time is indicated in the system, using which you can track the date using the "Tracking Number", which we send to the Client by e-mail. We are not liable for defects, under-delivered goods or goods damaged during delivery on time, unless claims were submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery. Mitigated circumstances are considered by mutual agreement.
Warranty

We offer you a money back guarantee: you can return any product purchased in the store within 14 days from the date of delivery without explanation and get a refund for the product cost. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable! We will refund you the value of the goods within 14 days from the receiving of the returned goods. All returned products must be new and unused. If the fact that the returned product was used is established, we will not be able to return the cost of this product and will be obliged to return it to you at your own expense. The shipping cost for returning the goods is borne by the Customer. Please contact us electronically to request a money back guarantee. GEHEIT SIA has all rights to reimburse all expenses, losses and expenses.
